How to join Live Class Sessions


#1 How to join the Live Class via the Program Calendar

You will be notified about upcoming Live classes via the Program Calendar on the right hand side of the Portal.


Click on the respective Live class at the session start time to be redirected to join the Live Class.

For Ex: The screenshot above shows there’s a Live Class scheduled for 24th Oct (Thursday) - How to prepare for the interview in SMM starting at 8:30pm

It will redirect you to the Live Class session on the MyCaptain Portal so you can join in the Live Class session with the Captain and your peers.

Please Note: In case the message pops up, ‘This session has not yet started’ (as depicted in the image), please wait for a few minutes on the page as the Captain will be starting the session shortly.


 Incase of any reschedule for the respective Live Class, the date and time will be changed on the Portal and you will receive a notification about the same as well. 



#2 How to join the Live Class via the Module (Another option)

To access your Live Class recordings, scroll to the respective Module and click on ‘View Details’ to open the Module. 


Once it opens up the respective Module page, scroll to the Live class are looking to attend


Click on the respective Live class at the session start time to be redirected to join the Live Class.

It will open up the Live Class session on the MyCaptain Portal so you can join in the Live Class session with the Captain and your peers.


Please Note: In case the message pops up, ‘Meeting is yet to start’, please wait for a few minutes on the page as the Captain will be starting the session shortly. 

Incase of any reschedule for the respective Live Class, the date and time will be changed on the Portal and you will receive a notification about the same as well.
